Pre-Order Policy

Our Guarantee

All of our Pre-Order products and listings are only what we have been allocated from our distributor. We do not take Pre-Orders until our distributors have confirmed the total quantity we will be receiving. This means that we only sell what we are confirmed to receive so you won’t have to worry about your Pre-Order being cancelled.

Shipping

All products and items will be scheduled to ship the same business day or next business day of the Pre-Order release date. You can expect to receive your Pre-Order items 2-5 business days after release, and in some situations 2-7 business days after release. In the event that your Pre-Order items may not reach you within 2-7 business days, typically due to weather or international shipping delays, we will contact you with further information.

Please note* The number of “business days” is determined based on the initial number of days USPS or UPS expects your package to be delivered.

Pricing and Charging

Upon placing a Pre-Order, your payment method will be charged immediately for the price at which your Pre-Order. We will not place additional charges if the price goes up, and comparatively, will not refund or compensate if the price goes down. The price you purchase your Pre-Order at is the price you are guaranteed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of Pre-Orders WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR ISSUE REFUNDS for Pre-Order products or listings. In the event that you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us at: contact@upstatetcg.com.

The Cart

Any Non Pre-Order items in your cart at the time of purchase will ship at the same time as your Pre-Order. You will have to wait until your Pre-Order item ships in order to receive other items in your cart. If you wish to purchase a non Pre-Order item, you will need to purchase/checkout separately.
