Shipping policy

3/28/205 Update - Due to the amount of fraudulent activity and overall scams, we will not be shipping any orders to Freight Forwarding services. Your order will be refunded minus 6% for transaction costs if shipping to a freight forwarding service.

We believe shipping is the most important aspect of a customers purchase.

Fast Shipping

  • All orders will be shipped same day or next business day with tracking.

Please note it may take a day or two for the tracking information to appear on the carriers website.

  • The estimated time you will receive your product is 3-5 business days after purchase.

If you have not received your package by the arrival date on your tracking please contact us.

Packaging Your Product

  • Every package receives packaging material for the journey (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.). In the case where we send a sealed case, your order will be packed by an official distributor from The Pokémon Company International.

  • Most of our packages ship in cardboard boxes. Our smaller purchases (booster packs) may ship in a padded envelope.

Carriers

  • We use UPS and USPS to ship all products.
